Black Beans - 1 (16 ounce) can, drained and rinsed
For Garnishing:
Roasted Red Bell Pepper - 1 big, chopped into slices
Cheese Singles - 5
*Egg can be substituted
**If using canned beans make sure that you add only little salt. Canned Beans contains salt.
