Papaya of the Caribbean



Ingredients:
3 1/2 oz(100g) (about 3/4 cup) papaya chunks
3 1/2 oz(100g) banana slices (about 1 medium fruit)
1/2 cup coconut milk 


Method:
In a blender, combine papaya, banana and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.




Tip of the day: To preserve vegetables fresh for longer, wrap them in newspaper sheets before freezing them.
